The Rawdah ash-Shareefah, also called Rawdah Mubarakah, designates the space situated between the minbar of the Prophet (صلّى اللّه عليه و سلّم, sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam ) and his noble tomb. The Prophet (صلّى اللّه عليه و سلّم, sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said:

“What is between my house and my minbar is a garden among the gardens of Paradise.”

Steps:

  1. Download the Nusuk app
  2. Create an account with your passport number and a valid email address
  3. Activates geolocation (GPS)
  4. Go to the “Visiting Services” section then “Prayer in Rawdah”
  5. Select your gender then choose the desired day and time
  6. Confirm your reservation: you will receive a QR code to present at the entrance to the mosque

Tip: Log in every night after 11pm (Saudi time), when new slots often become available.

What to do if no slot is available?

  • Try the “Instant Track” option sometimes available on the app
  • Enable app notifications
  • Be flexible with your schedule: places go quickly.

What to do in Rawdah?

This precious moment sometimes only lasts 5 to 10 minutes. Prepare yourself in advance.

To do:

  • Pray 2 units of prayer with concentration
  • Make sincere invocations
  • Send your greetings to the Prophet ٠
  • Praying for you, your family and the community

To avoid:

  • Don’t push anyone, don’t argue
  • Don’t monopolize space
  • Don’t take selfies or videos
  • Avoid unlawful acts. Apart from supplications, prayers and greetings to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him), no other specific act has been requested in the Rawdah.
