About this guide

My name is Abdalqayyoum (Guillaume).

I was a student at the Islamic University of Madinah between 2010 and 2020, and I have been residing in this blessed city for 15 years, wa lilahi lhamd.

My journey in the field of Hajj and Umrah began in 2015, when I was still a student.
What started out as an occasional activity has, over time, become a true vocation, and has been my main activity since 2021.

Over the years, I have guided both groups traveling with agencies and independent travelers, helping them fully experience their spiritual journey and discover the historical and blessed sites of Madinah through tours.

These experiences have allowed me to better understand the needs of pilgrims, their expectations, and to learn how to accompany them with gentleness, patience, and sincerity.
By the grace of Allah, this experience has led me to become an experienced guide, attentive to details and concerned with the well-being of the pilgrims I accompany.

Today, I also organize tailor-made Umrah trips, designed according to each individual’s pace and situation.

My goal is simple: to offer you kind and serene guidance, and to ensure that your journey to the Holy Sites is an authentic spiritual experience that uplifts and transforms you enduringly.
