These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern the relationship between the company MULLABBI (hereinafter « the Platform ») and any person (hereinafter « the User » or « the Client ») using the website https://mullabbi.com.

1. Purpose

Mullabbi is a digital platform connecting European travelers with service providers related to Umrah (transfers, accommodations, guides, Umrah packages, agencies, etc.).
It allows users to compare, book, and pay for services independently.

2. Mullabbi’s status

Mullabbi is neither a tour operator nor a travel agency. It acts solely as a technical intermediary.
The services are provided by third-party providers whose contact details and information are communicated to the Client once the booking is confirmed.

3. Acceptance of the T&Cs

By booking through the Mullabbi website, the User fully and unreservedly accepts these T&Cs. They are accessible at any time on the site.

4. Services offered

The types of services available may include:

  • Hotel or accommodation bookings

  • Airport/city transfers

  • French-speaking guide services

  • Umrah packages with agencies

  • Flight bookings

Mullabbi acts as a facilitator: availability, content, and quality of the service remain the sole responsibility of the third-party provider.

5. Prices & payment

Prices are indicated in euros (€), inclusive or exclusive of VAT depending on the nature of the service.
Payments are secured via Stripe or PayPal.
Service fees may apply (clearly visible before confirmation).

6. Bookings and confirmation

Any order placed via Mullabbi is considered final once payment has been validated.
The User will receive a confirmation email containing the provider’s contact details and practical information.

7. Cancellation and refund policy

Each provider has its own cancellation policy.
Mullabbi will forward refund requests to the relevant provider but cannot guarantee approval.
Mullabbi service fees are non-refundable, except in the event of an error attributable to the Platform.

8. Liability

Mullabbi cannot be held responsible for:

  • An error by the provider

  • Delay or failure in service delivery

  • Inability to enter Saudi territory (visa, documents)

  • Loss of luggage, transport incidents, or individual disputes

The User is solely responsible for their administrative and health formalities (visa, passport, vaccinations, etc.).

10. Affiliate links

The Mullabbi website contains affiliate links (e.g., Booking.com, Travelpayouts). If the User books through these links, Mullabbi receives a commission at no additional cost to them.

11. Intellectual property

All elements of the Mullabbi website are protected.
Any reproduction, copy, or exploitation without prior authorization is prohibited.

12. Personal data

Data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the site, in compliance with the GDPR.

13. Governing law

These T&Cs are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable resolution. Failing that, jurisdiction is assigned to the courts of Paris.
